- Oversee and manage retail stores and lead the team to achieve their personal and group objectives and sales targets;
- Ensure the highest level of service to customers through proper management of staff, housekeeping of the store, optimum level of inventory and smooth operations of all retail stores;
- To lead the Boutique Managers and the team to achieve sales target;
- Conduct store visit and ensure stores and retail associates are well presented in company standards;
- Prepare & submit weekly report on market environment, competitors information, and all matters which is beneficial to the brand;
- Act as Brand Ambassador to further enhance brand’s positioning;
- Work with Training & Visual Merchandiser in the respective region to uplift branding in the region through continuous on-site training and execution of global visual merchandising standards;
- Responsible for seasonal retail buying;
- Ensure maximum brand exposure of the brand in the market;
- Any other duties as assigned by the management.
