- Set our clear objectives consistent with staffs. Tracking and evaluating progress against targets;
- Ensure information be transferred clearly and connected with price and promotion policies;
- Weekly review the Scoreboard;
- Evaluate achievement and provide feedback to front-line;
- Direct resolve matters arising , help DR/CR solve problem everyday;
- Evaluate the staffs capacity through the minutes of W*W and O*O;
- Group training per request;
- Support successful implementation of major tasks (delivery, warehouse, management, merchandising and equipment);
- Regular presence in the market to understand customer needs.
