• Assists Managing Director in conceptualizing, launching and monitoring products and promotions, events and store opening activities.
• Conducts market study by monitoring competitors scheme to plan strategies for competitiveness in the market.
• Review and analyze proposals for brand tie ups and other partnerships
• Copywriting for printads, leaflets and brochure in Vietnamese
• Manage and maintain relationship with suppliers and business partners
• Coordination with design agencies, photographers and suppliers for the fulfillment of all advertising and in-store materials.
• Prepares and submits post-evaluation reports on all marketing activities.

•  PREFERABLY WITH AT LEAST 2- 3 YEARS EXPERIENCE IN THE CHAIN Health and Beauty RETAIL STORE; OR SUPERMARKET; CONVENIENT STORE.
• Excellent English and Vietnamese verbal and written communications (oral and written) skills.
• Creative, resourceful and strategic
• Attention to detail with excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong analytical problem solving skills
• Excel proficiency
• Preferably a graduate of Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or any business-related courses.
• Strong interest for retail industry, especially in Beauty care- Personal care and Beauty accessories ( eg: facial care accessories, fantasy jewelries, etc).
• Knowledge of Retail market, especially in Beauty - Personal Care and Accessories in Vietnam or the region is a plus.
