Our Client is one of Japan’s leading financial institutions to offer highly fruitful financial products & services to all its customers, both in Japan and abroad. Along with the business expansion of the bank in almost 40 cities as well as in Vietnam, we are looking for a suitable qualified candidate for the following position in Hanoi Branch:  Senior Clerk (in IT Department).

Main tasks:

- To provide adequate administration / maintenance activities for Branch’s IT systems & ensure the system availability and safety, technical support to internal end-users and outside customers;

- To develop and maintain in-house systems of the Branch.

- General requirements:

+ University degree in computer sciences or above;

+ Responsible, accurate and able to work under high pressure and to strict deadlines;

+ Good skills of teamwork, communication, reporting & interpersonal;

+ Fluent in Vietnamese and English (both oral & written), Japanese language is an advantage.

- Technical requirements: A candidate needs to satisfy one of the following two options:

* Option 1:

+ Good understanding in network/system administration and end-user support activities. Knowledge in setting up and administering Microsoft platform based servers is required. Experience in banking & financial field is given priority;

+ Certifications: MCSA/MCSE, CCNA/CCNP, etc. is an advantage;

*Option 2:

+ Proven knowledge in C#.NET, SQL server, Oracle DB server;

+ Good background in software engineering and UML;

+ Certifications: MCAD, MCSD, MCPD, etc. is an advantage.
