Our Client is one of Japan’s leading financial institutions to offer highly fruitful financial products & services to all its customers, both in Japan and abroad. Along with the business expansion of the bank in almost 40 cities as well as in Vietnam, we are looking for a suitable qualified candidate for the following position in Hanoi Branch: Assistant IT Manager

Main tasks:

- To take the lead of System Administration Team;

- To provide adequate administration / maintenance activities for all Branch’s IT system & ensure the system availability;

- To provide technical support to end-users in the Branch and outside customers;

- To plan, control and ensure the IT infrastructure & information equipment;

- To support Head of department in establishing and / or revising IT standards and procedures;

- To cooperate with related departments and parties in implementation of any IT project.

- University degree in computer sciences. Master is preferable;

- At least 5-year working experiences in IT major, including at least 3-year working experience in network/system administration and end-user support activities. Experience in banking & finance field and / or as project base leader is given priority;

- Good coaching and supervision skills;

- Responsible and be able to work under pressure;

- Good communication & interpersonal skills;

- Fluent in Vietnamese and English (oral & written), Japanese language is an advantage.
