Our Client is one of Japan’s leading financial institutions to offer highly fruitful financial products & services to all its customers, both in Japan and abroad. Along with the business expansion of the bank in almost 40 cities as well as in Vietnam, we are looking for a suitable qualified candidate for the following position in Hanoi Branch: Manager of Corporate Finance Dept.

Main tasks:

- To promote non-Japanese corporate business and ensure achieving the set profit target of the department;

- To manage good relationship with existing customers and develop relationship with the potential ones;

- To manage the workload and staffing to ensure the smoothly on the Department’ daily operation;

- To review & ensure the good monitoring of credit matters in line with HO guideline & local rule;

- To provide assistance on advising Management on any possibility and potential clients, product & service as well as market trend.

- Bachelor or Master Degree in Banking, Finance and/or related fields;

- At least five-year experience in marketing / corporate in the banking & finance industry;

- Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills;

- High leadership and management skills;

- Fluent in both oral & written in English (Japanese is an advantage);

- Dynamic, teamwork, responsible, hard-working and result oriented person;

- Ability to work under high pressure.
