- Handle direct sales and customers and vendors management with focus in new business and market development in order to achieve or exceed the sales target

- Manage customers through problem resolution arising from sales and services and informing/up selling them new products

- Represent company at trade association meetings to promote products

- Collaborate with Marketing Department on current and future campaigns and Department Heads to plan sales promotion and to secure information on customer specifications

- Degree in any discipline

- At least 4 years’ sales experience with furniture industry background in Vietnam

- Excellent leadership, interpersonal and communication skills as well as customer-focused and result driven.

- Resourceful, pro-active and meticulous with a "can do" attitude

- Independent and willing to travel whenever required

- Fluent in spoken and written English
