| Description |
- Establish, deploy, implement and maintain the QMS, EMS, OH&SMS, SAMS as per ISO 9001:2000, ISO 14001:2004, OHSAS 18001:1999 and SA 8000:2001 standard and Coats requirements
- Coordinate communication with external parties on matters relating to QMS, EMS, OH&SMS, SAMS and ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, and SA 8000 registration;
- Plan, organize and direct the internal audit program for QMS, EMS, OH&SMS and SAMS to audit effectively implemented and maintained, follow up corrective and preventive actions
- Re-train awareness about QMS, EMS, OH&SMS, SAMS for all employees
- Conduct training program for teams and subcontractors around Quality, Environment, Health & Safety, Social Accountability issues
- Monitor hazardous wastes and environmental performance indicators (energy consumption, water consumption, material consumption, and material waste, thread waste) to evaluate environmental impact
- Implement the monitoring, and reporting of CPP ‘s Quality, Environmental, Health & Safety and Social Accountability performance to be in compliance with legal and other requirements
- Monitor and update Vietnam laws on Quality, Environment, Health & Safety and Social Accountability (such as: waste water, emission air, hazardous waste, ambient air of workplace, noise, hazardous chemical, fire and explosion safety) and other requirements
- Calculate environment cost (such as: waste water cost) and pay environment fee
- Register Oeko-tex 100 certificate yearly

| Requirement |
- Education: University degree in related fields
- Experience:
+ At least 3 years of senior ISO specialist in dyeing field, textile or similar fields;
+ Sound knowledge of local Vietnamese law for Quality, Environment, Health & Safety and Social accountability
- Qualifications/ Skills:
+ Maturity, good communication, team work and can work independently under high pressure;
+ QMS, EMS, OH&SMS and SAMS auditing experiment
